• You can read all books and solutions without logging in
• We do not ask for your name or phone number

We collect limited data in only two cases, described below: (a) anonymous usage statistics to improve the app, and (b) if you choose to send us feedback yourself.

To understand which features are used and where problems occur, the app uses third-party analytics and crash-reporting services to collect anonymous usage statistics and crash reports. This data:

• Is collected in an aggregate, anonymous form
• Is not used to personally identify you; it may include an anonymous device identifier
• Is never sold or shared for advertising; it is used only to improve the app

On the website (ncerthindi.com), we use a third-party analytics service to understand which pages people view, which may place cookies in your browser. This data is also aggregate and anonymous and is never sold. You can disable cookies in your browser if you wish.

If you choose to send us feedback from the app, we receive your message, an anonymous device identifier, and your platform. Your email address is sent only if you type it in yourself (optional — used solely to reply to you). This information is stored in our secure database and is used only to respond to your feedback and improve the app. We retain feedback only as long as needed to address it, and delete it on request.

The app stores your reading progress, bookmarks, downloaded books, and preferences locally on your device (using the on-device database Hive). This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is not accessible to us or any third party
• Is removed when you uninstall the app

We use third-party providers for app analytics and crash reporting, website statistics, and a secure database for storing feedback. Book PDF files are served from a content delivery network (CDN). We do not use any advertising networks or tracking pixels. App downloads, updates, and any store transactions are handled by the app store you installed from (Google Play or the Apple App Store), under that store’s own privacy policy.

This app and website are safe for users of all ages, including children. The anonymous, aggregate analytics described above do not identify any user, including children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children; if a child sends feedback that includes an email address, a parent or guardian may contact us to have it removed. We operate in line with children’s privacy regulations and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

All network communication for the website and app takes place over a secure HTTPS connection. We store no personal information beyond the optional email you may include with feedback (Section 4), which is kept only to reply to you and is not shared for any other purpose.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with a new effective date at the top of this page.
